Barrie Bear Essentials Big Move

Barrie, ON - Bear Essentials Barrie store, currently located on the first floor of C Building, is moving to two locations on the first floor of K Building next month.

The current store is being divided into two separate areas in the new location:

The Bear Essentials store will be re-located in K105, and will be offering a great selection of clothing, technology, snacks, art supplies, stationery, giftware, stamps, bus passes, phone cards, and specialty items such as rings and diploma frames. Daily textbook buyback, and rental returns can also be processed here. We will also continue to be an authorized reseller for numerous software and hardware manufacturers at this location.

The Depot location (both self-serve and online pick up) will be located in K117/119. Students can pick up their course materials including new, used, digital or rental textbooks, kits and uniforms. Drop off your computer for repair and service. We also offer daily textbook buyback, rental textbook returns, name badge ordering, and special order pick up. The self-serve location will be open only until mid-October, but students can visit the pick-up depot year round. Please click here for hours.

The Depot will be open starting the week of July 28th, and the newly relocated Bear Essentials store will be open the week of August 18th. The current store will be open right up until the re-location. Please click here for hours of operation for both locations.

Bear Essentials & the Depot will continue to be under the umbrella of Georgian Stores to support existing and future business opportunities.
