There's a problem with my order, what do I do?
How to Order Textbooks Online (via Banner Web):
1. Midland, Muskoka, South Georgian Bay and Orangville students can log into Banner Web using their User ID and PIN. Keep in mind that if you have not registered for the current term, your Banner password will not work.
2. Click on the Registration link.
3. After registering, select 'View booklist'.
4. Select term. Press 'Submit'.
5. Your booklist will come up with pricing. To make a purchase select 'Buy Books'.
6. The link directs you to www.georgianstores.com to your booklist. Verify the books, check the quantities, and select new or used (if available). You would then select 'Add selected books to cart'.
7. Continue to checkout.
8. Create an Account by entering all the required fields for Shipping and Billing (even if you are having it sent to a campus depot.
9. Continue with Checkout by entering Shipping Method (where/how you would like your textbooks shipped).
10. Select the payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Visa/Debit or AR Charge (Sponsored Student). Then select 'Apply to order'; then 'Review your order'.
11. Select "Confirm order" and the order has been submitted.
How to Order Textbooks Online (without going through Banner):
1. Go to www.georgianstores.com.
2. There are different ways of order through the website:
- Clicking on "Search Textbooks" through the Barrie Campus; select campus term; department; course and section.
- Clicking on "Booklist" through the Barrie Campus; and entering your student number.
3. You would then continue by "Adding" textbooks to the cart.
4. Continue with steps #7 and onward in previous section.
What are the shipping charges to other campuses?
Yes. If you require a kit, we will do our best in shipping your order to prevent damages. Some kits may require pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST PRESENT A PHOTO ID (STUDENT CARD, LICENSE) AND IF AVAILABLE YOUR COPY OF THE WEB ORDER CONFIRMATION.
There's a problem with my order, what do I do?
If there is a shipping error on Georgian Stores' behalf, we would ask that the campus depots receive and return books back to Georgian Stores' attention after contacting them. Please note, during rush it may take up to 24 hours to respond. We ask that the book be returned with the paperwork and we will reship the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item. The campus depot will make note of the returned item on your order confirmation.
The online return policy applies (click here). You must contact customer service at 705-728-1968 ext. 1570 or email (click here) for a Refund Authorization and you will have to ship it back at your own expense within 10 business days of receipt. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE CAMPUS DEPOT, THEY DO NOT HANDLE RETURNS UNLESS IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.
