IF PAYMENT WAS MADE WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. SAME CARD MUST BE USED FOR REFUND. FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES - PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (STUDENT CARD/DRIVER'S LICENSE) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GEORGIAN STORES AND ITS AFFILIATES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN AT ANY TIME.
To be eligible for return, new books must be in PRISTINE CONDITION as determined by the cashier. New books cannot be marked, have a broken spin, turned pages or damaged in any way that may render them non-returnable to the publisher. These returns will be refused by the cashier and management. Used books must be returned in saleable condition. No missing pages or marks making the book unreadable.
NO REFUNDS will be given just prior to, during or just after exam weeks.
IMPORTANT: Shrink wrapped books/book sets/books containing access codes and/or other software are not returnable once the packaging has been removed (unless defective).
Our textbook refund policy applies to ALL rentals. Exception: NO RENTAL REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE RENTAL REFUND EXPIRY DATE (See Important Rental Dates section).
The following items are non-returnable: ALL SALE ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE", CONFECTION, ART PAPER, CALCULATORS, HEADPHONES, EAR BUDS, STETHOSCOPES, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM PUBLICATIONS, GEORGIAN COLLEGE COURSEPACKS, LYRYX CARDS, EBOOKS, ACCESS CODES and GIFT CARDS.
Software special orders must be pre-paid in full and are final sale. Apple special orders must be pre-paid in full and are final sale. Touch Computer Systems, Fujitsu and LG special orders require a non-refundable deposit of either $100 or 10% of the system value before taxes, whichever is greater, and are final sale. Products must be unopened and in re-saleable condition. Excluding Apple products, defective hardware returns within 10 business days of the purchase will only be exchanged for the same product. All Apple products are final sale items. Warranty issues with Apple software, iPods and accessories must be resolved directly with Apple.
Georgian College student versions of software titles are final sale. Please note there is a limit of one copy per eligible customer.
Clothing may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 business days of purchase with original receipt and price tags attached. Consistent with health and hygienic practices, clothing that has been worn or washed cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective.
All buyback refunds are final sale.
We will replace defective items or assist you in exercising your warranty rights with the manufacturer provided you have the original receipt.
Goods that are ordered by phone and shipped out may be returned after receiving refund authorization from the Fulfillment Customer Service Representative at 705-728-1968 ext. 1202. The same return criteria for textbooks, clothing, gifts and computer products will be enforced. If the merchandise is shipped back, it must be sent pre-paid at the customer's expense and within 10 business days of receipt, in saleable condition and unused. C.O.D. packages delivered to the College will be refused. Shipping freight charges are not refundable. Once credit is processed, the customer will receive a call or email stating that the refund has been completed.
Most products purchased from this site may be returned and shipped back at the customer's expense, within 10 business days of order process (date on sales receipt), for a full refund on goods only (shipping excluded). Exceptions to this policy include textbooks where the shrink wrap has been removed. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Call 705-728-1968 ext. 1202 or contact us to receive refund authorization. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information. C.O.D. packages received will be refused. Shipping/freight charges are not refundable. Once credit is processed you will receive a call or e-mail stating that the refund has been completed.
