Shipping Policies & Rates
Georgian Stores is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items while in transit.
When placing your order online, you will be required to acknowledge that you have read and understood the following:
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
- If you have ordered a USED book and we are out of stock, we will send a NEW book and adjust your bill accordingly. We make every effort to provide used books when requested but sometimes they are purchased by "in-store" customers before we can fulfill for your order.
- Promotions are calculated before taxes and after discounts.
- Photo ID is required for all pick-ups. You will be contacted once your order is processed and ready for pick-up.
- On average, order processing is 1-2 business days. During rush periods processing is 3-5 business days. Delivery time applies to in-stock items only. Delays may occur due to volume.

customs/duties). You will only be contacted for approval if the shipping
fee exceeds the base rate.

EXCEPTION: Due to the special packaging and insurance required diploma frames cost $33.00 per frame shipped within Canada. Delivery for diploma frames will take 3 to 4 weeks. If additional items are ordered with a diploma frame standard shipping will apply on those items in addition to the diploma frame shipping charge.
Due to possible shipping damage, some kits are pick up in store only.
