Staff & Faculty Name Tag Orders
Shipping instructions update: Name tag delivery via interoffice mail has been re-instated for all locations including Barrie. By selecting this method of delivery, you are accepting responsibility for any lost or mis-delivered orders. Georgian Stores will no longer replace missing name tags delivered via interoffice mail.
Name tag ordering directions
- Use the name tag order form to enter details for up to 10 name tags. For more than 10 name tags, please submit additional forms.
- Please verify spelling is correct for all fields. Due to time constraints, proofs will not be provided.
- GCSA name tags: If you are ordering a GCSA name tag, please leave the 'Department' line of the name tag order form blank. This line is automatically "Georgian College Students' Association".
- After entering your information, click the 'Submit' button.
- You will be taken to the staff name tag in the catalogue.
- Select the appropriate logo (Georgian or GCSA)
- Select the appropriate attachment style (magnet or pin)
- Update the quantity to match your order
- Add the name tag(s) to your cart - Select check out and log into your account or create an account if necessary.

- Select MasterCard as tender, and enter your Purchasing Card (Georgian MasterCard) information for payment.
- Review order and submit. (Please note when you review your order you can only see the items in your basket and not the details of the information provided using the name tag order form).
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your name tags to arrive.
