Kit FAQs

What is in my kit?

Your kit contains course materials required for the entirety of your program.

Can I get a list of items that are in my kit before classes start?

Bear Essentials does not supply kit content lists. You may be able to obtain one if you go to your Program Coordinator.

When will my kit be available for purchase?

Kits are available to purchase on or before the first day of classes.

What do I do if anything is missing or broken from my kit?

To report discrepancies, please take your kit and your sales receipt to Bear Essentials within two (2) business days of purchase.

What if I need to replace something in my kit? (i.e. it got lost or stolen)

Some kit items may be available for purchase individually or may need to be specially ordered.  Please contact the Depot or georgianstores@georgiancollege.ca.

Can I purchase my kit online?

You may purchase your kit online, please note that some kits are not able to be shipped.  These orders will have to be picked up.  This is due to shipping damage and the expense of shipping such items.
