Instore Pick Up Option
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday) for "In-Store Pickup" require at least 1-2 business days to be ready for pick up (depending if its Rush). Our Depot and Store locations will be open during the store hours (click here) and we require that you bring a form of Photo ID and your email confirmation.
Orders placed between Friday 2:00pm and Monday 8:00am will be available for pick up on Tuesday after 12:00pm. (Please allow an additional day for pickup in the case of a holiday).
Georgian Stores uses Canpar; and a signature is required upon delivery unless otherwise specified by you.
P.O. Box numbers and Rural Route numbers are not sufficient - please include a street name and number as well for rural addresses, otherwise the delivery person will not be able to locate your home.
If your order is being delivered within Ontario, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. For orders outside of Ontario, delivery times vary. At this time Georgian Stores does not ship to the US. Please contact Georgian Stores at email@example.com if you think your order may have been delayed.
Used textbooks are available in store or online for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.
Items ordered online can be returned for a refund either via mail or in person at one of our depots or stores. Please contact the Online Coordinator at 705-728-1968 ext. 1175 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund authorization. Items returned must be in original condition (including shrink-wrap if applicable) and accompanied by the original receipt. See Refund Policy for more information. If you are mailing the item back to us, please include your name, contact information and a reason for returning the item. The method of payment used to place the original order will be the method used to refund the item. Once we receive the item back and it has been approved for a refund, you will receive a phone call or email stating that the refund has been completed.

What if I can't find my books online?
After reviewing your booklist, and you cannot locate a textbook for your course, you can notify us by email at email@example.com or simply call us at 705-728-1968 ext 1175. We will respond to your request promptly.
What should I do if I get an error?
At any time, if you encounter problems using our website please let us know immediately, providing us with the following information:
1. Description of the problem
2. Date and time the problem occurred
3. What browser and version you are using (ie. Safari 4, Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3)
