HOLIDAY CLOSURE/SHIPPING DEADLINES:   The College and Georgian Stores will be closed for holidays effective December 24.  We will re-open January 2nd.   Orders placed by December 18 @ noon will ship prior to the holiday shut down.

ONLINE ORDERING FAQ's

In most cases your order will be processed within one business day. During semester start-up processing times are extended to 2-5 business days (depending on volume). This applies in in-stock items only. If your item is out of stock you will receive a back-order notification.

Once your pick-up order is processed, you will receive an email from us to notify you that your order is ready. Please bring your order number and photo ID. Online order pick up is available in Barrie, Owen Sound and Orillia (Library). You do not need to make an appointment to pick up your order.

Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. When the status of your order changes and/or when your order is ready for pick up (where applicable) you will receive another email. If you do not receive anything, check your account to ensure you have provided an accurate email address. Also check your spam/junk folders. Contact our Customer Service Team at georgianstores@georgiancollege.ca if you are unable to locate these emails. Include your web order number on all correspondence.

Some of the items in your order might be out of stock. You will receive an email advising of any product back orders or delays. Once stock arrives, we will fill all back orders immediately. Shipping charges will only apply on the original shipment.

Email your request to georgianstores@georgiancollege.ca Clearly indicate if you would like to cancel the entire order or just an item on the order. Include your name and web order number on all correspondence.

We will never cancel your without providing a reason. Orders that decline payment authorization will be cancelled with an email explanation. If you have questions please contact the sender for more information.

At this time OneCard is not secured with chip/pin technology and therefore cannot be used for online purchases. OneCard is accepted in our physical store locations.

Email georgianstores@georgiancollege.ca. Include your student number and a list of the digital items you need to purchase. We will set up links for you to purchase via your sponsorship account. Alternately, you can purchase in store.

Orders are processed by date received. We cannot prioritize one order over another.

Georgian Stores will not charge your payment card until we process your order. Depending on order volume this can be between 1 and 5 business days from the date the order was placed. Depending on the payment type used you may see a pending charge and then a posted transaction. Once payment is posted the pending charge will be removed. Depending on stock we may also have to process the order in 2 transactions if one or more items were back ordered.

We do not deliver to on campus residence. Please select the appropriate on-campus option for your location. Barrie (The Depot), Owen Sound (Bear Essentials) & Orillia (on campus library).


GENERAL FAQ's

Booklists are generated based on your timetable selection. Once you have completed web registration and selected your timetable your booklist will be active for viewing/purchasing.

Georgian Stores does not sell uniforms or kits for the culinary program. Information about purchasing these items will be provided by the program and can also be obtained by contacting the supplier directly.

Receipts for in-store purchases cannot be re-printed. If you purchased online you can obtain receipts for prior purchases via your account.

Georgian may or may not have the book you require. Ontario Learn courses are hosted by different College's. In most cases the host College should have the book you need. Alternately, www.textnet.ca stocks Ontario Learn course materials.
