Staedtler Back to School Official Contest Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  Purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

Eligibility

Georgian Stores & Staedtler Back to School Promotion is open to Georgian College students, whether full or part-time.  Valid Photo ID will be required upon picking up prize.  Employees, of Georgian Stores and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.  Void where prohibited by law.

Dates:

Contest dates will be from September 2 2015 to October 2 2015.

How to enter:

Online:  Visit www.georgianstores.com to fill out the contest form.  All online customers will have their name put in a draw.  You may also submit an entry online without purchase.  Limit one (1) entry per person, per “Draw Period”.  Upon submission of your entry online, you will be automatically entered in the Georgian Stores & Staedtler Back to School draw that your entry is received for, subject to the qualification in the preceding sentence.

In Store:  Visit any Bear Essential store location (Barrie, Orillia or Owen Sound) during regular store hours and follow the instructions at the entry area located in the store.  Limit one (1) entry per person, per “Draw Period”.  Upon submission of your entry at the store, you will be automatically entered in the draw that your entry is received for, subject to the qualification in the preceding sentence.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the person identified on the entry submission and is otherwise eligible to win.

All eligible entries received by Bear Essentials stores and Georgian Stores online will be combined for the drawing.  Georgian Stores is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, incomplete, falsified, destroyed, or failed entries, or for any electronic miscommunications or failures of any kind, which may limit the entrant’s ability to participate.  Proof of submitting an entre is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor will not be acknowledged or returned.  Any and all lost, late, illegible, incomplete, falsified, destroyed, or failed entries will be disqualified.  No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase the odds of your winning.

Random Drawings:

One draw will take place:

One (1) prize of a 32” Hisense LED TV will be available to be won.  The random drawings will be held on or there about of October 3 2015.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of total eligible entries received.

Prize and Approximate Value:

Approximate value for TV is $299.

Confirmation of Winner:

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by telephone and/or email within ten (10) business days following the date of the relevant drawing.  If the winner cannot be contacted within the time specified above within fourteen (14) days of his/her being informed of his/her name being drawn, he/she will not win the prize.  In this event, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant, who will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
