Customers can request refunds or exchanges for unclaimed depot pick-ups within 30 days of your order being processed. |
Packages are stored for 30 days. Orders older than 30 days will be considered abandoned. For orders deemed "abandoned", items that are not final sale will be refunded, minus 10% restocking fee. No exception. |
