Faculty & Staff - Booklist Submission


Three times a year, Georgian Stores will send out an announcement to Faculty and Staff by email that the Booklist Submission System is available. This online system provides access for all Faculty and Booklist Contact People to submit their course materials requests online to the Buyers at Georgian Stores.

The Online Booklist Submission System is now OPEN.

Before you begin please make sure cluster IDs and CRNs have been created. If not, you will need to contact the person in your area responsible for setting them up in Banner. At the deadline, the report will be locked and any requests after this date must be submitted manually (i.e. email) to the Georgian Stores Course Material Buyer.

The pooled General Education and Communication course requirements are still to be submitted manually. When submitting please include the course code, course name, book title, ISBN, author, publisher, required or optional and the quantity required.

Please remind those responsible for submitting computer books to ensure the proper version of IT books are ordered for the lab upgrades.
