Rental Process:

• Lockers are rented semesterly in store only from Bear Essentials on a first come first served basis, beginning on orientation day, or on the first day of classes (winter and summer semesters, orientation is on the first day of classes). 
  ** If you are not a student at the Barrie Campus visit your Campus Welcome Centre or Front Desk for locker information. **                
• A coloured tag will be issued at the time of rental. This tag must be displayed on the lock shaft as proof of payment.
• At the end of the semester, you must purchase a new tag for the next semester.

Pricing:

• Full Locker Rental: $25
• Half Locker Rental: $15

Locks:

• You may bring your own lock or purchase one from the store.
• Heavy-duty locks are prohibited and will be cut off.

Tag Display:

• The issued colored tag must always be displayed on the lock shaft.
• If the coloured tag is not displayed, the lock will be cut, and personal contents will be removed. A $40.00 fee will be charged to retrieve the contents, which will be held for 10 business days.

End of Rental Period:

• All locker contents must be removed by the last day of class or exam, or if the student leaves the college.
• Lockers not vacated by the end of the rental period will have their locks cut the following day. A fee of $40 will be charged to retrieve contents.

Important Reminders:

• Keep your receipt and record your locker number.
• Return the locker tag to Bear Essentials at the end of the rental period.
• A $5 admin fee would be charged if student is requesting their own lock to be cut (due to misplaced key or unknown combination).
