Bookstore Locker Information & Policy

Lockers are rented in store only from Georgian Stores on a first come first serve basis. There will be no advance rental of lockers. Rental will start on the first day of classes so that every student has an equal opportunity. A coloured tag will be issued at the time of rental. This tag must be displayed on the shaft of the lock as proof of payment. All locker contents must be removed when the rental period ends, last day of class or exam, or if the student leaves prior to the end of the rental period and will not be returning to the College.

FULL LOCKER RENTAL $40

HALF LOCKER RENTAL $20

Students wishing to rent a locker for the fall semester only, can apply for a refund at the END of the semester upon return of the locker tag and presentation of receipt.

Students renting a locker in either January or May will be charged only 1/2 the rental fee.

Locker Rentals purchased in the Fall and Winter Semester, last day of your exams in December and April respectively.

Locker Rentals purchased for the Summer Semester are to be bought in May and the rental period ends the last week of August.

Due to lockers needing to be cleaned, lockers in use outside of these dates will have the locks cut, contents removed and a $25.00 fee will be charged for the return of locker contents.

Please keep your receipt and record your locker number on it.

Please return the locker tag to Bear Essentials at the end of the rental period.
