How do Sponsored Students order their books online?

Click here for an easy step-by-step guide.

1. Go to www.georgianstores.com.

2. Select Campus at top of screen, to go to the 'Booklist Search' page.

3. Enter Student ID Number in the correct field and select the 'Search' button.

4. The booklist will appear on the 'Textbook Express' page. Verify the course materials, check quantities, and select new or used (if available). Select 'Add selected books to cart'.

5. Continue to 'My Cart'. Verify quantities and select 'Checkout'.

6. Select 'Create an account'.

7. Fill out Billing and Shipping information. The Bookstore edits this information to apply to the Billing Customer (the Sponsor) after the order has come across the website to us. Select 'Create my Account' at the bottom of the screen once completed.

8. The 'Create Account' screen below will appear. Select the 'Continue' link.

9. The 'Substitution' page will appear. This page explains that if we no longer have stock in a USED book, we reserve the right to change it to a NEW book and make the correct price adjustment. Once reviewed, click 'Continue to shipping info'.

10. Continue with Checkout by entering Shipping Location/Pick-Up Location.

11. Next in the 'Payment Info' field, select from the drop-down menu, 'A/R Sponsor'. Then enter 'Student ID Number'. Select 'Apply to order'; then 'Review your order'.

13. Review your order and then select 'Place your order'. The order is then sent to us for processing and an order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after.

14. IMPORTANT: THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED AFTER WE HAVE VERIFIED THERE IS A CURRENT SPONSORSHIP LETTER ON FILE.

15. To purchase DIGITAL or ONTARIO LEARN MATERIALS via sponsorship, email kimberly.scott@georgiancollege.ca.  Include your name, student number and a list of the required digital items.  We will then provide you with links to purchase your items on your sponsorship account.
